  1. 📑 Claims Documentation: All claims documentation requests must be provided before claims are processed.
  2. 📜 Policy Validity: Misrepresentation, non-disclosure, or misdescription of material facts shall render the policy voidable.
  3. 🏗️ Shop Construction: Shops must be built with metallic containers or block/brick for eligibility.
  4. 🧾 Insured Name Consistency: The insured name must match the name on the certificate of incorporation or the Ghana card.
  5. 🌍 Location Inspection: Shops located in flood-prone areas are excluded unless the location is inspected and approved prior to coverage.
  6. 📞 Contact Information: The insured telephone number must be provided.
  7. 💰 Claim Limits: The amount claimable under contents will not exceed 20% of the package limit.
